Returns & exchanges
At Very Feliz we understand the need for returns and or exchanges. We will accept them if the garment is not to your liking for any reason. In that case, the shipping label comes at a cost to you. We will require a professional shipping labeL
- Please take note that cosmetics and books cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Once you have received your package, you have 4 days to make a return.
- If you want to exchange a garment you have to place a new order, indicating the correct size or new product name.
- In the event that the garment has a manufacturing defect, you only need to send an email to hola@veryfeliz.com.
